A Sample Chicago Wedding Party Bus Timeline

House, church, portraits, salon, hotel — curb times the chauffeur can actually run. August 28, 2026.

A Sample Chicago Wedding Party Bus Timeline

Here is a Saturday clock the chauffeur can actually run in Chicago or the south suburbs. Move the hours to match your mass. Do not shrink the gaps.

Sample day — 2:00 p.m. church

  1. 11:30 a.m. Stretch or Chicago 15 at the getting-ready house. First-look photos. Climate on. Dresses off the pavement.
  2. 1:15 p.m. Roll to church. We wait. You do not hunt a ride between the last boutonniere and the doors.
  3. 3:15 p.m. Mass lets out (build 15–20 minutes of buffer). Portraits at the church steps, a nearby park, or a short downtown loop.
  4. 4:45 p.m. Reception arrival. Grand entrance window. Coach stays close if you still have family photos outside.
  5. 5:30 p.m. optional Guest trolley starts the hotel loop so cocktail hour is not a parking problem.
  6. After last dance Extra hours on the same coaches for the after-party, or a last hotel drop. Ask when you book — not at 11:40 p.m.

What to send the desk

In the booking notes: every address, church time, portrait stop, reception door, hotel name. If the photographer wants a skyline loop, say how many minutes. Admin confirms the trip by hand. If the mass runs long, you call us.

Use this with how many hours to book and wedding booking best practices. Then request the coaches.
